If you are unable to locate your chauffeur or our welcome staff at the airport, please contact us immediately.

If your chauffeur does not arrive within 30 minutes, we will promptly arrange an alternative premium vehicle or issue a full refund.
No. The rates confirmed during our communication are strictly all-inclusive. You will not be charged any additional or hidden fees.
For shared transfers, the luggage allowance is one suitcase per passenger. For private chauffeured vehicles, luggage limits depend on the vehicle's capacity. Should your luggage volume exceed this capacity, we kindly request that you select a larger vehicle category.

If you are traveling with oversized or special baggage, please inform us during the reservation process.

To secure your reservation, a 50% prepayment of the total amount is required. You may conveniently settle the remaining balance via cash or credit card directly in the vehicle at the start of your journey.

In accordance with our cancellation policy, cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled transfer time are completely free of charge. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer.

While our company cannot accept liability for forgotten luggage or personal belongings, our chauffeurs carefully hand over any found items to our main office. You may collect your belongings directly from our office. Should you request the items to be delivered to your hotel, an additional service fee may apply.
